Who can join Webex Perks?
  • Webex Perks is open to all Webex customers in the United States. Anyone with a Webex account can join. However, only paid Webex subscribers are eligible to redeem rewards. There is no additional setup or cost to join Webex Perks.
How do I redeem points?
  • You can redeem points in the Webex Perks hub by accessing the rewards catalog. Only paid Webex subscribers can redeem their points for rewards; however, all Webex customers (including those with a free account) can earn points that will be available for rewards should they become a paid customer in the future.
How long will my points be valid?
  • Points are valid for as long as you are a Cisco Webex account holder.
How do I find out my point balance?
  • You can view your point balance in the top right corner in the Webex Perks hub.
How can I get more points?
  • Complete activities (called ‘challenges’) in the Webex Perks hub. Check in often for new opportunities as challenges and rewards are added weekly!

    I love Webex
