Download and install your upgraded Webex Meetings apps.

Complete the following steps to get the new Webex Meetings desktop app and the latest version of Webex Productivity Tools.

Step 1

Download the Webex Meetings desktop app. Double-click the webexapp.msi file and follow the installation instructions.

Uninstall Webex Productivity Tools. From the Finder, choose Applications > Webex, select Productivity Tools, click Uninstall, and enter your Mac password.

Uninstall WebEx Assistant. From the Windows Start menu, choose WebEx, right-click WebEx Assistant, and choose Uninstall.

Download the Webex Meetings desktop app. Double-click the webexapp.dmg file and follow the installation instruction.

Download the latest version of Webex Productivity Tools for Microsoft Outlook. Double-click the webexplugin.msi file and follow the installation instructions.

Restart Outlook to resume scheduling Webex meetings directly from Outlook.

Choose Cisco Webex Meetings from the Windows Start menu to start using the new Webex Meetings desktop app.

Open your Applications folder and double-click the Webex Meetings icon to start using the new Webex Meetings app.

To open the app
double-click
the Webex Meetings icon on your desktop.

When you’re finished installing, drag and drop the app icon into your Dock for easy access.
