Maria Fernandez Guajardo currently serves as Director, Future of Work, Facebook Reality Labs. In this role, she leads strategy across the development of new experiences and platforms to help people and teams get things done. Maria previously led the Oculus for Business product team building out the enterprise platform, and before that, the AR/VR emerging product technologies group. Maria was named by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as one of the top 40 leaders in the Bay Area for two consecutive years and was featured by CNET as one of the top Latinos in tech in 2018.

Anurag Dhingra – VP/CTO Cisco Webex, Cisco

Anurag leads the engineering team responsible for Webex Meetings. His global team of engineers builds applications and services that power cloud, on-premise and hybrid meetings for millions of users worldwide. During his 20+ year career in the communications industry, Anurag has held various engineering leadership positions and led market leading VoIP, video and collaboration products including Cisco Telepresence, Webex video conferencing and Video Mesh.
